Services Offered:

  1. Accurate diagnosis: Dr. Kwako’s services include the initial primary emphasis on accurate diagnosis of current issues. He looks for ways to help his patients connect the dots of causative factors that may have led to disease and distress. He asks many questions about past and current nutrition consumption, exercise habits and stress events.
  2. Nutritional medicine: On his History form, Dr. Kwako requests the patient provide current food use. He will also ask his patients about their current and past nutritional intake. Thousands of chemicals are in the food we eat each day. These play a major role in most disease onset, complications, treatments and prevention.
  3. Supplements: Many vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbs have been studied and found helpful for many conditions. Dr. Kwako often reviews what patients have taken in the past and are currently taking. Depending on the patient’s interest, Dr. Kwako often offers supplements for accelerating the healing process and optimizing vitality.
  4. Acupuncture: Dr. Kwako worked at a chronic pain and stress center for several years. Besides nutrition acupuncture is the oldest and longest studied treatment procedure. It is beneficial for most patients with acute and chronic pain.
  5. Transcutaneous Electrical Neurostimulation (TENS): TENS are portable, self-usable devices that usually run on a 9-volt battery. They can be applied from a few minutes to several hours per day. TENS are safe and easy to learn how to use. They are inexpensive and readily available for purchase from Amazon.

Dr. Kwako takes a comprehensive view, drawing upon supplements protocols, local weight loss programs and provides referrals from carefully selected professionals.
  7. Relaxation training: Dr. Kwako learned the art of relaxation, when he worked at the pain and stress center mentioned in number 4 above. 8. Psychological support and counseling: Dr. Kwako is trained to assess and counsel patients with a wide variety of conditions.
